Trust Yoga

Trust Yoga takes yoga beyond the individual. We don’t exist as islands and our yoga practice needs to acknowledge this.

I developed Trust Yoga as a teaching to help deepen our understanding of what it means to be in a relationship with others – and with ourselves. The fundamental teaching of Trust Yoga is: Trust Yourself.

Trust Yoga integrates the Conscious Movement™ technique with partner yoga. We understand that when we come into alignment with ourselves, then we can meet our partner at the deepest level of intimacy.
