What I do.

My core teaching concerns alignment. I believe most of us have lost the harmonious connection between the mind, body and spirit.

The practice of Conscious Movement™ restores this connection. Much of my work is with individuals, developing customised one-on-one programmes that incorporate intuitive blends of yoga, massage, meditation, Trust Yoga and Conscious Movement™.

Partner style yoga has always been a fundamental element of my therapeutic work, developing into Trust Yoga, incorporating the principles of Conscious Movement™, Iyengar Yoga and Anusara Yoga, to deepen and understand our relationships with ourselves and others.
