One-on-One Sessions

Most of my work is in a one-on-one context, working closely with a client to find the right solution or program to meet their needs. Some people come to me with chronic pain, sports or exercise injuries, as well as relationship and emotional issues. Many want to achieve the body beautiful—and feel it inside. Others seek healing from illness or release from deep sadness or extreme grief. Using Conscious Movement while accessing "Innate Intelligence" during sessions, I am able to connect deeply with my clients. I intuitively give them what their body needs - whether that be through yoga, massage or meditation. I teach the Conscious MovementTM technique and I use Trust Yoga (partner style yoga), where clients are safely held in yoga poses that allow them to experience weightlessness and deep states of relaxation.
