Trust Yoga is a partner style yoga, founded and developed by Jules Paxton. It uses yoga and the alignment technique of Conscious Movement to deepen our relationship with others and ourselves.
First instructing students on the basic principles of Conscious Movement, Paxton lays the foundation for relating to others from the heart. Conscious Movement lightens the body, expands the energy and lets the Innate Intelligence within flow through you. Trust Yoga is Conscious Movement applied to relationships. By practicing Trust Yoga with friends, family, lovers or co-workers, the partnership dynamics are taken to a new level. The fundamental teaching of Trust Yoga is Trust Yourself: YOU can be what you want to be. Then, there is also trust with your partner, the very core of any relationship. Ultimately, you learn to trust life itself – to trust the process, the moment, the journey.
